I talk about being a trainer and dealing with trainees. People love to shoot at truck driver trainers, but many of the people who hate trainers will not train. This is because of the hard job that many truck driver trainers do. Trucking companies hire lazy students who think trucking is easy. Trucking has a high turnover rate do to the hard lifestyle we live.
