Do you need a Dispatchers??

Dispatcher today do not do a lot. When my step father use to truck drive back in the day, his dispatcher use to tell him the weather and let him know if loads were paying out on time. They even would try to get you top pay per-mile. Today dispatch just calls me to tell me what they did not do and how I have to fix it. They are like Call to Duty computer controlled players worthless.
